U.S. Shipping
Orders over $65 qualify for free standard domestic shipping via USPS Ground Advantage, which takes 5-7 days for addresses in the continental U.S., Alaska, Puerto Rico, and Guam. Expedited orders are shipped via FedEx Express or USPS Priority, depending on the delivery address and package size. Maui Rippers warehouse operating hours are 10 AM - 4 PM Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Lifeguard patch requests may result in additional processing time for your order. Orders received after 2 PM PDT will be shipped the next business day.
International Shipping
We are happy to ship to almost anywhere in the world for an extra cost. Not all products are available internationally. For international orders, the delivery time is an estimation and exact delivery dates depend on your country's customs clearance timeline. Buyers assume responsibility for all international duties, taxes, and/or fees that may apply. Please note we are unable to provide return labels for international orders. For international returns, please ship your item(s) back for a refund using your own shipping label.
Exchanges
To make an exchange, please visit our Returns Center and enter your order details. You will be directed to our website where you can select the eligible item(s) you'd like to exchange for, pay for the $5 exchange fee and then follow the prompts to generate your prepaid USPS shipping label to ship back your return(s).
Please note that you can make an exchange for any new item on our website, but each item can only be exchanged once. You will receive an email notification once your exchange has shipped. Exchanges are exclusive to residents within the United States.
Returns
- Domestic return shipping labels are $5.00. This amount will be deducted from your refund.
- Merchandise can only be returned if purchased online directly from www.mauirippers.com
- Merchandise must be returned within 30 days of delivery.
- Merchandise must be in original unused condition, free of hair & odor with hangtags attached. All boxer briefs are final sale.
- Items listed as final sale are not eligible for refund.
- Shipping charges incurred during checkout are non-refundable.
- We cannot generate return labels for APO/DFO/DPO or international orders.

How do I figure out my size?
We use standard US sizing, so we recommend ordering your normal pants size. To find specific measurements, please refer to our men's and women's size charts HERE.
My size is out of stock, what should I do?
If your size is currently out of stock click the size that is out of stock and then click "Notify Me When Available". Fill out the form and you will be notified when the product is back in stock! We appreciate your patience and look forward to getting you your Maui Rippers soon!

At Maui Rippers, we make boardshort care easy. Just rinse your shorts with fresh water after every use, and wash cold with like colors. Then line dry or toss them in the dryer for a few minutes. Skipped Checkout+? No worries. You can still use our portal! However, a $6.00 return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund, or applied to your exchange.

Our Policy

30-Day Window: Items must be registered in our portal within 30 days of delivery.

Item Condition: Merchandise must be in original, unused condition (unwashed, free of hair/odor) with all hangtags attached.

Final Sale: All boxer briefs and items marked as "Final Sale" are not eligible for refunds or exchanges.

Shipping: Original shipping charges are non-refundable. We cannot generate return labels for international or APO/FPO/DPO addresses.
💰 Refunds
Once your package is dropped off at any official USPS pickup location and received at our warehouse, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.

With Checkout+: 100% refund of your item's purchase price.

Without Checkout+: A $6.00 return label fee will be deducted from your total refund.

If you received a defective or incorrect item, all return fees are completely waived.
