At Maui Rippers, we believe shopping for boardshorts online should be simple, stress-free, and risk-free. That’s where Checkout+ comes in; our new affordable returns and exchanges program that allows you to get multiple sizes and return or exchange for the size (and color) that fits you best. For a nominal fee of $2.98 at checkout, you are guaranteed free returns and exchanges for your entire order.
Wrong Size? Changed Your Mind? No Problem.
We get it—sometimes the fit isn’t right, the color looks different in person, or you just change your mind. That’s why we’ve designed a customer-friendly return and exchange policy that puts your needs first.
This program is risk-free so you can try on multiple shorts and return or exchange for the size and style that works for you. Customers in the U.S. who select Checkout+ are eligible to make as many exchanges as needed to achieve their perfect fit, provided all exchanges are completed within 30 days of purchase.

Merchandise must be returned within 30 days of delivery.

Merchandise must be in original unused condition, free of hair & odor with hangtags attached. All boxer briefs are final sale.
Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition, with all tags still attached. Please note that you can make an exchange for any new item on our website. You will receive an email notification once your exchange has shipped. Exchanges are exclusive to residents within the United States.

You will be directed to our website where you can select the eligible items you'd like to exchange for.

Follow the prompts to generate your shipping label to ship back your return.
Return Process:

Drop your package off at any official postal service pickup location.

Once we receive your return, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
If Checkout+ was not purchased, customers are responsible for shipping costs when returning for a refund or exchanging for another size or style. Return shipping is a flat fee of $5 for any returns not using Checkout+.
